ORDERING INFORMATION

• You can pay via credit card/paypal. Please use the check out process when ordering online from this website.

• You can order via post, paying by sterling cheque or postal order, please make all cheques/p.o. payable to GARY YOUNG.

• Your credit/debit/bank statements will appear with payment paid to GARY YOUNG.

• When ordering by post please add 10% towards post and packaging, this applies to UK and international orders. Orders over £75.00 are sent POST FREE!

• When ordering via the website, the checkout process automatically adds the 10% postage & packing charge for you.

• Orders are sent first class post via Royal Mail as standard, they are sent at the purchasers own risk. The Magic Zone is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels. You can however request the parcel to be sent recorded delivery or insured at a minimal extra cost - please email for details. Thank you.

• International customers can order via this site, go through the checkout process, and pay via paypal. You can do a currency conversion to work out the cost in your currency by using the excellent website www.xe.com. Note that the exchange rate varies by the second, and will be charged at paypal's current rate.

• Orders are processed usually on the same day they are received. But during busy times, it maybe 48 hours, so please allow up to 5 days to receive your order. If it is an urgent order, please advise us and we will send it next day delivery - charged at an extra cost of £4.10 if under £20, £6 if over £20.

• Please note due to the nature of the products, the most important part is the secret. Therefore we cannot exchange the product due to it being not suitable, so please choose carefully. Of course if the item is faulty and returned within 7 days we will exchange it, but it will be exchanged for another of the same item - not a different product or refund.

• We usually have and keep a quantity of each product in stock, but occasionally an item may be out of stock. If this is the case you will be notified by phone or email as to when it will be back in stock - and if you do not wish to wait for it, we will offer you an option of choosing something else, or a credit note for future use, or a refund.
